I removed my air lifter 5000 ultimate air spring kit from my 2005 Silverado 3500 when I traded it. Can I use this same kit 88275 on my 2018 Ford F250 FX4 by changing the top bracket to the AL07475?

You will not be able to move the Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate Air Springs w/ Internal Bumpers # AL89275 from your old 2005 Silverado 3500 to your new 2018 Ford F250 FX4. The # AL88275 will not be compatible with your new truck.
The correct air lifter for your 2018 Ford F-250 FX4 will be the Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate Air Springs w/ Internal Bumpers # AL88399.
If you also wanted to add a compressor system, the best choice is the Air Lift # AL25980EZ.
