Question:

Can you tell me if the 7500 has a built-in or Internal jounce bumper inside?? And what is the collapse no or low air height Right now Im running the 6inch bag on a 2001 Silverado dually with a Bigfoot 2500 truck camper. The right side of the camper has a bad design to it all the batteries 3 of them, the Generator and 2 twenty pound propane tank are all on that side then the stove, refrigerator and most of the storage is also on the passenger side. So the 6inch bag is taking a beating. Im now installing everything new and we noticed the bottom support plate on the airbag is bent down. Is this new and bigger bag have better support for the bag on the bottom of the air bag or is it the same sheet metal ring ? I have independent control of the bag so the right one runs at 100 psi and the left at 60 psi to level it off. Then when we park we blow all the air out and it sits down on neoprene jounce bumpers at a set height of about 5 inches so it not collapsing the air bag down to far and levels off the camper well. We also have dual shocks on each corner to help out with rebound and sway. So the low air or no air setting or measurements is really important so I can see what else will have to fab up to make work. We have plans to relocate the batteries to inside of the box left front and remove generator. Have Honda IS3000 for AC power works better so we will lose some weight off the right side soon.

Air Lift LoadLifter 7500 XL Air Helper Springs - Rear Axle Item # AL57575 does not have the internal jounce bumper. Those are found in the Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate Air Helper Springs line such as # AL88275.

The Air Lift LoadLifter 7500 XL Air Helper Springs # AL57575 have Air Lift's exclusive upper and lower roll plates which are basically the same in all the LoadLifter kits.

I agree with your solutions to the problem: moving weight around and adding additional support. You could potentially add TorkLift StableLoad Rear Suspension Upgrade with Quick-Disconnects - Lower Overload Springs Item # TLA7310 if your 2011 Chevy Silverado 2500 has lower overload springs. Other than that though I am not sure you will have space for anything else. I have linked a video review of these for you.
