Yes, the Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Air Helper Springs # AL57275 will fit with the B&W Turnoverball Underbed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch # BWGNRK1067. These are both compatible with the 2001-2010 Silverado and Sierra HD pickups.
Personally, I recommend stepping up to the Air Lift Springs # AL88275 which have the internal jounce bumper. This will act similar to the factory jounce spring to reduce bouncing and helps prevent damage to the air spring should the pressure drop below the required 5psi for a short period of time.
