Question:
I have an 08 Silverado 3500hd single rear wheel. Does this kit work with a lifted truck? Truck has about an 6” lift Also I just orders a bandw goose neck/companion 5th wheel hitch. My question is will AL89275 work with the bandw hitch that I just installed?

Since the Custom Underbed Installation Kit for B&W Companion 5th Wheel Trailer Hitches # BWGNRK1067-5W you purchased for your 2008 Chevrolet Silverado 3500HD SRW mounts to the sides of the frame and the Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Air Helper Spring Kit # AL88275 mounts to the bottom of the frame you will have no issues with the installation or interference.
Since you mentioned your truck is lifted 6" you will need to use a spacer to take up the gap between the bottom of the spring and the lower mounting bracket. Now a 6" lift does not always lift the suspension 6" so the best way to be sure you get the correct spacer is measure this gap with the spring installed.
if you have a 4" gap you will need the 4" spacer # AL52440 or if you have a 6" gap you will need the 6" spacer # AL52460 instead.
Lastly to keep from having to manually inflate the helper springs each time you are ready to tow a trailer or carry a heavy payload I recommend adding an on-board air compressor kit. I like the Air Lift Load Controller Compressor System for Air Helper Springs- Heavy Duty - Dual Path # AL25856 as it allows you to adjust the air pressure in each helper spring individually to level off-center loads. You adjust this system by the two switches which you can reach from your driver seat.
