It does what it advertised. The only problem I have is the little lever on the top of the gooseneck ball to unlock it. It always has grease all over it. So I have to get gloves to take the gooseneck ball off.
Arrived very quickly. Fit was good with the exception of the safety chain hooks which required a mallet to straighten out but I believe that has more to do with the spray in liner of my truck bed that an ill-fitting part. Haven't actually hooked the trailer up but so far would absolutely recommend. Took less than 60 seconds to install and that was with having to manage the hook fitting.
1yr review… Easy to use, super high quality. Would buy again if needed. Added shackles to accommodate smaller safety chain hooks. Works great for extra tie-down locations as well.
The kit was exactly what it said it was. Fit snugly on my 2017 f250. Shipping was quick and arrived on time. Very pleased with e trailer and curt hitches. Only downfall I had was the carry case was beat up a little and cracked on one side but is still usable.

After 1 year of use, still a great product. Hauled a lot of 15,000lb + loads and no slop or rusted parts. A quick tip is to spray the ball mechanism with lithium grease, seems to help.
1 product was missing from my order due to stock issues but nothing was stated about that in the order status.
The order mitigation by Kimberly was great though. Helped get that product reordered and helped with a hitch exchange that I ordered wrong.
Very good experience overall. The emails for every step of the order is appreciated and thorough.
I purchased your Curt Ball and Safety Hook Kit and really Love It! I plan to leave the safety hooks installed and have added Master locks to prevent theft. I just have to drop the ball into the bed I and am ready to pull. My truck is a 2018 Chevrolet 2500 Midnight Edition Z71 with the Duramax/Allison combination and will be pulling a 25' flatbed and my 60hp John Deere tractor. I am very pleased with your product!

My curt gooseneck ball is working without a hitch. Pardon my pun. It’s a very well made ball. It’s been easy to install and remove and it’s been trouble free. Thanks for a dependable product that works.
Second truck I have purchased one for. Very convenient to take in and out.
Ordered the product from etrailer.com, which was much cheaper than the Ford dealership, and it's heavy duty, looks great, and easy to install. Came packaged in a very nice case for storage. Since this new truck came factory installed with a trailer package, I wasn't sure about Fords new round base ball type using bearings to secure ball in place. So far I have used it two or three times to haul 35ft. trailer from Dallas to San Antonio and back using our 1-ton F350. Worked like a charm!
Took longer to open the packaging than it did to install. Fits and looks like it came from the factory. Less expensive than ordering the kit from the OEM.
Will be used to pull a horse trailer.

The ball is stuck. After reading about others having same problem, appears the ball bearings are frozen up, guessing rusted. Design will allow water down the top of the ball. I like the idea and ease of removal. A cover would probably prevent this. For now, I just want the ball out. sometimes need to use the truck bed for hauling and the ball being stuck in there makes it difficult.
Easy to place & remove ball in truck with manufacturer’s gooseneck receiver. Securely pulled trailer through 2018’s Winter Storm Jaxon while traveling from CA to MT. Would recommend product for anyone who purchases a truck that is prepped for gooseneck hitch.
Love the ease of use and the durability of this ball. Easily stores when not in use.
Very fast free shipping very easy to install on 2022 f350 haven't pulled our 25 foot stock trailer yet but I think this product will work extremely well..I really like the large loops for safety chains should be easier than the B&W on my old pickup...5 stars so far....

The Curt Ball kit was an excellent replacement for the OEM and was a lot more durable. I highly recommend this product.

Exactly what I needed and so easy to install. I really like having the storage box for when I switch between fifthwheel and Gooseneck. It showed up two months sooner than expected.

Product is as described. Installed on my F-350 with no issues. The chain hooks are a little tight, and the ball is a little loose, but it shouldn't be an issue for towing. I've had a great experience with etrailer!
