For your 2007 GMC Sierra 2500 with in-bed hitch and 2" lift I recommend the Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate Air Springs w/ Internal Bumpers # AL88275 along with the Air Lift Universal Air Spring Spacers # AL52420 to fill in the 2" gap.
These air springs have internal bumpers to provide the adjustable load support of air springs and the comfort and reliability of jounce springs. The durable stainless steel roll plates, air lines, and hardware are all rustproof. These springs have a combined 5,000lb weight capacity and are compatible with in-bed hitches.
I also recommend installing an on-board compressor system like the Air Lift Load Controller Compressor System for Air Helper Springs # AL25856 to easily adjust the psi levels of your air springs while on the go. The dual-path controller lets you adjust the two air springs independently of each other to adjust for off-center loads. If the air pressure in your helper springs fall below the minimum safe level the compressor will automatically kick on to restore the air spring pressure.
