  The Replacement Bolts for Thule Fit Kit for Podium Style Foot Pack # 7524498001 are not the same style of bolts needed to secure a Thule roof rack to your 2021 Mazda CX-5 flush rails. I took a look at the instructions for 183160 fit kit designed for your vehicle and it looks like the correct replacement bolt is part 50435 but since this fit kit has been discontinued (as of May 2023) this isn't a part that's readily available. I imagine Thule will eventually come back out with a fit kit...
