Parts Needed For A Yakima Roof Rack On A 2021 Ram ProMaster City With Factory Mounting Points

Question:

I have a 2021 Ram Promaster City. I was looking to install a roof rack using the Yakima Skyline towers. What adaptorsif any would be needed to install the towers using the factory mounting sitesas to avoid drilling holes of any kind?

Hi Phillip,

To connect to the factory mounting points on the roof of your 2021 Ram ProMaster City you'll need Landing Pad 22 # Y00248 along with SkyLine Towers for Yakima Crossbars # Y53TR. From there you can go with crossbars like the Jetstream # Y00425 (50") or # Y00426 (60").

I've attached a picture below from Yakima's website showing this fit.

Thank you very much this is very helpful. In the picture you sent it looks like they are only utilizing the middle and rear factory mounting points. Am I able to use all 3 mounting points(front points as well)? and Once I have the landing pads/skyline towers installed I can then use adapters to attach a LockNLoad platform?

@PhillipB If you want to use all six factory mounting points you'd just need to order an extra set of Landing Pad 22 # Y00248. We unfortunately only offer these in packs of four so you'd have to order two kits and would have two extra landing pads. From there you can order an extra set of Skyline Towers # Y72TR (2pk) and add on LockNLoad SL Adapters # Y05042 (you'll need three kits total) to connect the LockNLoad Platform directly to the SkyLine Towers.
