Can I use your suggested configuration of SightLine Towers Y64AR and SightClip Fit Kit #Y44UR for a 2024 Honda CRV with flush rails, but use my existing Yakima Roundbars?

Yes, you can! The SightClip Fit Kit item # Y44UR and the SightLine Towers for Yakima Crossbars item # Y64AR will allow you to install your Yakima Roudbars to your CRV's flush rails.

You will also need the RoundBar SL Adapter for Yakima Towers item # Y03536.
