I want to put 2 Thule Hullovators on 2025 Honda CRV flush rail . Do I need a 53 evo bar or 60 evo bar?

Hey Marcel, congrats on the new SUV. The Thule Hullavator item # TH898 requires 28-1/2" of crossbar space to fit and function correctly. This means the crossbars on your CR-V need to be at least 57" long for them to accommodate two carriers. Since the Yakima Jetstream crossbars are the only ones with the mounting tracks built all the way down the center of them you'll need to go with one of their setups.
For a roof rack setup that fits your 2025 Honda CR-V with flush rails you'll need the following parts:
60" Yakima JetStream Crossbars item # Y00426
SightLine Towers for Yakima Crossbars item # Y64AR
SightClip Fit Kit for Yakima SightLine Roof Rack Towers item # Y44UR
