Looking to Thule rack my brand used 2019 Kia Sedona with flush factory rails and sunroof, I have two hullavators that I want to transfer to this rack. As such, I require, foot packs, locks and square bars. i believe that the bars need to stick out a little to accommodate the Hullavators during the loading procedure.

Hey Sharon,
The Thule Square Bar Roof Rack # TH98EG that fits your 2019 Kia Sedona won't have wide enough bars to have the required overhang for 2 Thule Hullavator Pro Kayak Roof Racks # TH898 so we'll need to get you set up with the Yakima JetStream roof rack because you can use longer bars. The Thule bars are limited to what they can be mounted on since they have the slits on the underside for the legs.
It's also worth noting each Hullavator weighs in at just under 40 lbs so you'll be reducing the weight capacity of your roof back by 80 lbs since you're using 2 of them.
