Are you needing this for your 2022 Hyundai Tucson you've previously asked about? If that's the case, the RidgeLine Towers mounted to your flush rails via the RidgeClip 25 kit 8006025 which has been discontinued. At this point you can try to find a rogue 25 kit being sold online, but you'll likely need to update to the SightLine parts that replaced the RidgeLine product line:
SightLine Towers - # Y64AR
SightClip Fit Kit - # Y27AR
