Question:
Thanks Bob. From dead center of the tower to the end of the cross bar is 6”. From the outside edge of the tower to the edge of the crossbar is 4”. Will that work? I could also shift the bar a little right?

I just went ahead and looked up your orders and confirmed that you recently ordered the Yakima Same Key System (SKS) Lock Cores (QTY 4) # Y07204, the Yakima TimberLine Towers # Y33TR, and the 50" JetStream Crossbars # Y00425. The lock cores that you purchased install into the TimberLine towers and not into the end caps of the JetStream crossbars themselves. With that being said, the Thule Hullavator # Y00425 is compatible with the JetStream crossbars.
It is important to note, though, that depending on your vehicle, you need to make sure that you have the required 4-8 inches of crossbar overhang past the towers of your roof rack. This is required in order for the Hullavator to function properly. With that being said, I recommend measuring your current crossbars to make sure that you have 4-8 inches of crossbar overhang past the towers. I went ahead and attached a screenshot of this measurement for your convenience.
If you find you need more overhang, you can always upgrade to the 60" JetStream Bars # Y00426 with no issue. However, it is important to make sure that these bars do not extend past your side mirrors. Doing so can not only be illegal in some states; it is also potentially extremely dangerous.
