The Yakima Jetstream roof rack part numbers # Y00425, # Y53TR, and # Y00226 that you referenced is a confirmed fit for your 2018 Jeep Wrangler JL and it by itself easily has capacity and bar length to carry two of the assisted Thule Hullavator roof racks part # TH898.
You'll need to check to make sure the hardtop of your Jeep has the capacity for your two kayaks and the weight of each of the Hullavators as well which weighs right at 40 lbs.

Have a 2018 Wrangler Sahara JL Hard Top- Are Yakima products the only option, are there any other part suggestions for the Crossbars, Skyline Towers, and Loading Pads that might be made by Thule? Want to keep all trim items all black. We are only carrying one Kayak. I welcome your feedback. Thank you.
