This setup gives you a solid, ready-to-roll platform for carrying all kinds of gear. It includes two 50" long aluminum JetStream crossbars, four SkyLine towers, and a custom fit kit. With an overall weight capacity of 165 lbs (always follow your vehicle’s roof load limit), it’s built for anything from kayaks and cargo boxes to bikes and skis. The durable aluminum construction keeps things light yet strong for long trips packed with gear.
Wind noise can quickly ruin a good drive, especially on long highway runs. These aero-style crossbars are shaped to cut through the air smoothly, helping reduce both drag and vibration. The rubber strips in the top channels stay in place—just press your mounts into them and go. They close back around the hardware to help seal out wind and keep things quieter without any need for trimming.
Some racks make you trim rubber or remove pieces before adding attachments. This design makes it simple. The push-down rubber strips let you press hardware directly into the top tracks—no cutting or extra prep required. Once installed, the strips snap back around the mount to keep a clean look and maintain that wind-cutting profile. It’s quick, straightforward, and smartly built for frequent gear swaps.
When your rack is loaded with valuable gear, security matters. The SkyLine towers accept Yakima’s Same Key System (SKS) lock cores, sold separately, to help deter theft of the rack itself. It’s an easy upgrade that adds peace of mind when your vehicle’s parked overnight or at a trailhead.

Tghe racks have remained on since I installed them correctly, no thanks to your video. I read the manual it came with.
