According to the owner's manual for your 2011 Honda CR-V, the roof has a weight capacity of 165 lbs. Therefore, you can use a Yakima SkyRise Tent on your CR-V without any issues as it meets the minimum weight capacity requirement of 165 lbs. The Yakima SkyRise does have a 60 lb weight capacity but since the ladder will support much of the weight, the roof rack/vehicle only needs to be rated for 165 bs.
In order to use the Yakima SkyRise on your CR-V you will also need an aftermarket roof rack rated for 165 lbs for which I recommend using the Yakima JetStream Crossbar System which is composed of part # Y00425, part # Y53TR, and part # Y00234. This system has aero shaped cross bars which will be more wind resistant than other styles. The great thing about pairing the SkyRise with the JetStream Crossbars is that you can lock it all using the same key with the Yakima Same Key System part # Y07208.
I will say that Yakama does extensive testing with the SkyRise so I would not have any concerns at all using it on your CR-V with the JetStream Crossbars.
