Thanks for your reply. Unfortunately it's only about 42.5 in so I won't be able to use the 60in aerobars. You mention you have some recommendations for other longer bars that will fit the vehicle. Can you let me know what those are?

To determine if you can use the 60" WingBar Evo Crossbars, part # TH711500 or part # TH711520, will fit on your 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee you first need to measure the center to center distance between the mounting holes where the Podium feet will sit. I have attached a picture showing where you want to measure. If this measurement falls between 46-1/2" - 59-3/4" then the 60" bars will fit. For your E Group package you also need the Podium Foot Pack # TH460R and the Fit Kit # THKIT3142 to complete the roof rack.

If they don't fit but you are set on going with a Thule roof rack for your Grand Cherokee package then you will need to use the 53" WingBar Evo Crossbars # TH711420 or # TH711400 along with the same Podium Foot Pack # TH460R and the Fit Kit # THKIT3142.

We do have some other roof rack options that will allow you to use longer crossbars but they won't be from Thule. Let me know if the 60" bars won't fit and I can make a recommendation for longer bars.

The reason that the Thule bars have that range is because of the limited spacing on the underside of the bars for the legs to fit. Fortunately Yakima has their JetStream Crossbars which have those adjustment slots which span the length of the bars. This means that there isn't really a restriction on which roof they can fit. Yakima recommends using their 50" JetStream bars but you can use the 60" JetStream Bars, part # Y00426, along with the SkyLine Towers # Y53TR, and the Landing Pad 18 # Y00244 for your Grand Cherokee.
