How can I raise my tongue when my switch is bad I have the wires at at my use but I have no switch I did it before I cant figure it out again I put positive cable to one of the wires and I just cant figure it out

Expert Reply:
I have another option for you, but I do not recommend manually touching the wires to raise and lower your jack, as if you accidently touch the 12v power wire to the incorrect jack wire you could damage the jack.
Instead I recommend using the manual override on the top of the jack with a handle like the # EJ-3520-HD as long as you have a RAM or etrailer brand trailer jack.
In addition I would go ahead and replace the jack when you get a chance due to the factory wiring being cut. I recommend the Electric Jack w/ Footplate - A-Frame - 25-1/8" Lift - 3.5K - Black # EJ-3520-BBX which will be an exact replacement.
