I also think it's important to have plenty of light when you are really cranking it for safety sake. You can see the hardware pictured below. It is just 3 bolts that hold the A-frame jack to the bracket. If you can remove the old jack, you will be able to bolt on the new one with no problem. Virtually all A-frame jacks use the same universal bolt pattern.

The # e23ZV has a 3,500 lb capacity, while the # e55ZV has a 5,000 lb capacity. Because of the higher capacity, the # e55ZV does weigh about 1.5 lbs more than the # e23ZV. If so, then yeah it would definitely hit the powered jack part # e55ZV. There is not a separate wire for the light. As long as you connect the red wire to 12v power and the black wire to ground the light will operate normally. The on/off switch for the light is on the top/front of the jack housing right by the switch for operating the jack.

You mentioned that the jack has power running to it but did you check the black ground wire? Most of the time when there's an issue with a powered jack like this the problem is related to the power or ground wire so if you haven't checked there yet I would recommend so.

  Hello Douglas, good question. The short answer is no, we do not have a wheel to fit that bill. The Ram Removable, 6" Poly Caster Assembly for 2" Jack Tube # JC-101 would work with the # e55ZV jack, but the wheel only has a 1,600 lb capacity so you would be shorting the capacity of the jack by a good bit. Sadly, there is no dual wheel that would allow you to retain the 5K capacity.
