I’m Looking for a replacement electric tongues jack for my 25’, 2018 Jayco Whitehawk

Hi Tom,
I have two options to replace the electric tongue jack on your Jayco Whitehawk:
Option 1: Electric Jack w/ Footplate # EJ-3520-BBX. This jack is going to be your no-frills 'get the job done' style jack. It has a 3,500lb capacity and what it lacks in looks it makes up for in dependability. The simple design of this jack also allows for easier replacement of damaged or worn components unlike a lot of other jacks that require complete replacement when something malfunctions.
Option 2: Phoenix Electric Trailer Jack # UF38-944040. This is going to be your premium 'Cadillac' model that's designed to extend/retract up to 6" in under 10 seconds. If you don't mind spending a bit more to get your trailer raised/lowered faster then this is best option for speed. Ultra-Fab has a 10-year limited warranty with this jack if you register within 90 days so I highly recommend you do if you go with this jack.
Regardless of which option you choose I recommend also picking up the Ultra-Fab Protective Cover # UF38-944020. A simple cover to protect the head of the jack from the elements will help drastically extend the lifespan of the jack.

Kevin, thank you for all the info. I found the installation video for each jack very helpful. But at twice the price I didn’t see that much advantage to the “Cadillac” Phoenix Electric jack. The Option 1 Electric Jack seems that it would suit me fine. Question - does the Electric Jack have any warranty ?

Thanks Kevin. What’s the price of each? I’ll be in St Peters in May. Can you install it?
