Installation is straightforward thanks to the standard A-frame mounting flange. Just bolt it down, connect the red wire to a grounded 12-volt power source, and you’re ready to lift. The bracket height ranges from 10-3/4" retracted to 28-3/4" extended, giving you a full 18" of travel for smooth leveling on uneven ground.
A downward-facing LED light built into the front housing makes it easy to hook up at night or before sunrise. The on/off toggle controls the light separately so you can see exactly where your coupler lines up. Installation was super easy.
Within an hour after receiving the Jack I had it installed and wired up , it’s a very easy installation , and it’s going to be a great timesaver
Just received today and installed, seems to work smoothly and very quiet.
Love it! No more hand cranking. Installation was a breeze. The trailer tongue has nut plates so it was a easy swap. No extra wrench to loosen the bolts.
I just crimped on a connecter on the end of the power wire, ran the wire through the factory clamps of the camper and put it on the positive side of the battery. Done! I kind of wish it had a slow and fast speed but no biggie. I really like the LED light on the front with its own switch. It adds to the “wow” factor. Thanks again etrailer! I never shop anywhere else.

I’ve not had any problems in a year of constant use. This was a great purchase.
Just installed it and it was easy and works with no issues. My only dislike so far is the light...Not very bright and just seems useless. Connected directly to battery (pos) but people must know that the ground is the jack itself and must be installed first then connected to the battery.
Great to have instead of a manual crank but is a bit slow. All in all happy to have an electronic
I believe this is a much better jack then the first one I purchased from you a few weeks earlier! The one with the adjustable leg was a poor choice since my driveway has a very big slant to it. But in all honesty, I was making it work ok, till that is Camping World burnt the motor out on it and bent the leg! It is my word against theirs though, so I just went ahead and purchased this one with the more stiffer leg mount. I can see why camping world has so many dissatisfied/complaining customers!
My battery keeps draining, and when I called your office for help, no one answered. That is why I am not satisfied with jack and service support service.
The bolt pattern matched my trailer so it was very easy. No skill needed. I soldered a connection on and hooked it directly into the battery. I had to drill a hole for my foot extension. So far so good. 23 foot travel trailer.

Nice design, easy to install. Works fine. Downgraded to 4* because identical previous unit that came on my new trailer only lasted 3.5 years with moderate use. Also, I noticed a competitor had a bubble level integrated into the housing. That would be an inexpensive, nice upgrade for future models.
Works as good as the original, if not better. Great assistance by the eTrailer support folks.

The product seems very well made. The only problem I had was the shipping company. The box was soaking wet and it didn’t rain here for two days so I’m not sure how it got so wet and the light is full of moisture hopefully everything dries out but it does work excepted
Great replacement. Shipped on time at a reasonable cost. Installation, easy, operation, smooth and quiet.

Installation was quite easy, and worked as well as it can. However, the big plus is the redesigned manual wrench. The old speed handle was tall and awkward. This new half sized works much easier. Yes I used it as almost faster than the 41 seconds for 6 inch movement.
Well-made nice quiet and powerful jack. Easy to install. I would recommend changing the design and turning the motor assembly 90 degrees to allow for opening the tailgate. I turned mine 120 degrees and filed out one hole to adapt it to the tongue of my trailer and it worked great! Performance wise; so far, so good. Glad you are liking it so far, Scooter! And you aren't the first person to say something about the head of a jack needing to be pointed in a different direction. The 3-bolt pattern typically requires no alteration to rotate jacks, but it isn't 100% universal and does require alteration to do that on occasion. Been a while since I heard someone needed to do that though. What kind of trailer did you install this on?
