  • Replacement Disc Brake Rotor/Hub For a 1990 Ranger Trail Boat Trailer
The Dexter 10" Hub-and-Rotor Assembly # K08-435-05 is designed to fit a 3,500LB trailer axle with the Inner Bearing # L68149, Outer Bearing # L44649 and Grease Seal # RG06-050. To confirm if this is what matches the axle on your 1990 Ranger Trail Boat Trailer, you will need to inspect your current hub for the bearing and seal information. If you are unable to find the information stamped on the bearings and seals you can measure your spindle with a Digital Caliper # PTW80157. Once you have...

  • Timbren Axle-Less Suspension System Compatibility with Aluminum I-Beam Trailer Frame
The Timbren Heavy-Duty Axle-Less Trailer Suspension - 4" Lift Spindle - Off-Road Tires - 3,500 lbs # ASR35HDS02 is compatible with I-beam frames and in tandem axle configuration. Due to the Aluminum frame, I recommend putting a thin rubber pad between the steel mount and the aluminum I-beam. The powder coat on the steel should keep the two dissimilar metals from galvanic corrosion, but a thin rubber pad would drastically increase this safety. Zinc plated hardware will work well with...

  • Help Picking Out Replacement Hub for TDE 11033
That is most likely a Tie Down hub which while we don't carry that exact brand we most likely have what you need. Since the stud and bearings need replacing it might make more sense just to replace the hub since idler hubs like what you have are pretty inexpensive. Can you get me the bearing numbers or the dimensions of the spindle where the bearings and seal ride?

  • Replacement Grease Seal for 3,500 lb Dexter Axle on Forest River Trailer
Thank you for reaching out! What is the weight rating of your axle? Unless it's a really old axle I should be able to make a recommendation based off of that. The Dexter Axle part number you sent in normally doesn't pull anything up on their system (although I'm not sure why) so I would need the serial number and/or a photo of the sticker in the middle of the axle for me to get any info from Dexter Axle.

  • Replacement Brake Assemblies and Grease Seal for 3,500 lb Trailer Axle
Hey Phillip, since we know you have 3,500 lb axles we can help but it's not based on the VIN. Since we don't know what brake assembly brand you have on your trailer but we do know capacity the correct replacement assemblies are the part # AKEBRK-35-SA. It's oftentimes more cost effective to just replace the assemblies instead of the individual components plus it's a lot harder to find the parts. Then for a grease seal you'd want the part # RG06-050.

  • Recommended Grease Seals For Dexter 9919860 3,500lb Axles
Hey Al, Since your Dexter # 9919860 is a 3,500lb axle you'll need grease seals # RG06-050 which come as a pair. I'd get 3 pairs (6 seals) that way you have an extra incase one goes in funky and bends (I've repacked hundreds of hubs and it still happens from time to time). If you end up not needing the extras, you have em for next year! What kind of trailer are these axles on?

Grease Seal # RG06-050 has an inner diameter of 1.719" and outer diameter of 2.565", you mentioned you have grease seal 10-4 and it has a width of .5" but from my research it looks like a 10-4 seal has an inner diameter of 1.249" and outer diameter of 1.983". I strongly recommend using a digital caliper such as # PTW80157 to measure the seal, as well as your spindle where the seal rides in order to get the correct replacement. If it does have an inner diameter of 1.249" and outer diameter...

Hello Ron, I am very sorry to hear that your frame is bending, but I am happy to hear that the people at Lippert are getting you taken care of! Upgrading the suspension is always a great idea! In my search I see that the 2021 GD Imagine 2600 RB is equipped with 2.25" shackles. Looks like you already found the right shackle kit # MR46ZR. • Solution for Ranger Trail Trailer Hub Issue
Thanks for reaching out, Troy! According to my research it looks like the Ranger Trail trailers have a tendency to fail at the oil seal - which means either the seal is bad or the spindle is damaged where the seal rides. If you start to see oil drops under your hubs it definitely means you have an issue and you need to take action. It looks like Ranger has done a decent job and helping to correct this issue when it comes up, but if you'd like to swap over to a grease setup instead of...

  • Brakes for LCI35 Axle
Hey Rob! Do you have 10" x 1-1/2" brakes and drums right now? The LCI35 typically indicates that it is built on a 3,500 lb axle but with a 3k rating. I expect that to have the standard #84 spindle already so 3,500 lb axle parts will fit. If your hub/drum assembly is 10" x 2-1/4" you can use the # AKEBRK-35-SA or for Dexter # 23-468-469. I recommend these self-adjusting brakes over manual adjust. If you have a smaller drum check out the bearings. If you have # L68149 inner and # L44649...
