Your axles are rated for 3,500 pounds, so you will want our etrailer Electric Trailer Brakes - Self-Adjusting - 10" - Left/Right Hand Assemblies - 3.5K # AKEBRK-35-SA (or the TruRyde you were looking at # TRU36FR ). These are self adjusting brakes, so one less maintenance thing you have to worry about.

If you are looking to repack your bearing when you swap your brakes out, make sure to grab some LubriMatic Prime Guard High Temperature Wheel Bearing Grease - Red - 16-oz Can # L11380. It's usually a good idea to have some grease seals on hand as well, they have a tendency to break when you remove them, you will need the Grease Seal - Double Lip - ID 1.719" / OD 2.565" - for 3,500-lb Axles - Qty 2 # RG06-050.

@SeanM For a hub, you will want our Easy Grease Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly for 3.5K Axles - 10" - 5 on 4-1/2 - Pre-Greased # AKHD-545-35-EZ-K. This is for a 5 on 4 1/2" bolt pattern, if yours is different please let me know.
