This shank offers both rise and drop positions. It measures 7" from the hitch pin hole to the bolt holes. 10 Bolt holes let you adjust the height of your weight distribution system. Powder coated steel resists corrosion.

etrailer delivered on time as promised and I had no problems with the order. The product was as described and works perfectly with my Husky Centerpoint hitch. The large adjustment range lets me level my trailer when towing with my 3/4 ton Silverado. I have now towed my trailer about 15,000 miles with it and had no problems.
It is exactly what they described it to be. I recently bought a new truck (Ram 2500 3/4 ton). My old truck was a Ram 1500 1/2 ton. My Husky hitch was fine on the 1500 truck, but not on the 2500, it sits a LOT higher off the ground. I needed a drop hitch that fit my Husky, and you guys HAVE IT. It worked out great, first trip out today with it, everything level and no sag on truck or camper. As stated in your catalog, this Curt brand DOES fit my Husky brand, NO PROBLEM. Thank you, what a life saver on not having to buy a whole new hitch.

The part I ordered works perfect and we’re ready to begin another season of hauling our 27’ camper tomorrow.
Appears to be a heavy duty shank.. needed extra length for lifted truck
Im sure it will work well more on function later quality seems 4/5 star
But this thing weights alot.. Busted little box,shipped in,to pieces. Good thing
it had two banding straps or it never would have maybe it to my add.
A box in a box maybe. But the shank is a big chunk of metal with holes Hard to break.Good product,, shipping, a little iffy.
Also e-trailer is great. Fast easy shipping. Used them in past, will use again.

Very good quality, heavy duty construction and nice finish. Recently changed tow vehicle and needed to add more drop. This shank did the job.
Very heavy duty. Solid steel with the holes drilled in it. Not hollow like other makes are.
This is a good drop shank if you have a truck that is leveled with oversized tires.
Great product! Had to have a lot of drop from truck to make trailer level, product is heavy duty and has been great pulling several thousand miles so far, definitely would buy again!
I recently purchased a 2015 Tahoe and since the trailer hitch is positioned above the bumper as opposed to my 2000 Tahoe which has the hitch located below the bumper, I had to find and purchase a new receiver. I found this product at etrailer and it fits perfectly. It is compatible with the Drawtite weight distribution ball.

Great!
I needed a weight distribution system and quickly realized that Curt was the best around. You get what you pay for so why not get the best!? Very simple to install and with the correct routine maintenance this will last forever, Shipping was fast and box was In good shape when it arrived.
Needed a new shank as I bought the Class 5 hitch for my dodge,, I bought the class 5 that fit under the stock hitch and wish I had not, but after thought etc,, should have just removed the class 3 and bought a different 5,., all in all worked out but a new shank because my hitch was now lower than what it was, I probably didnt need a new one because after all the measuring etc,, ( Have to go to a parking lot as I live in dirt) to make it level, worked out fine.

Still no complaints. Needed it to offset the extra suspension lift on the truck. Just as heavy and solid as day one! Still pulling the 28’ travel trailer with it.

After shopping around for a hitch ,I was recommended to etrailer by a friend and found exactly the hitch I needed at a much better price than all the other places that I had looked at,even for the same brand and model of hitch !!

excellent quality, worked great and was major improvement towing my race car
It works, giving me the extra height needed. One problem I had to overcome was the depth the shank had to be inserted to line up the hitch pin holes: the welded brace hit the back edge of the bumper, so I had to modify the bumper by cutting a groove in the plastic bumper cover of my brand new truck. I did have a lot of play between the shank and hitch receiver, but a few wraps of foil tape snugged it up.
This product fit my needs for lowering my hitch point to make the trailer tow level. Absolutely no problems!

Still working fine.
etrailer customer service is outstanding. I needed a long drop down receiver for my lifted truck and Meghan L talked with me on the phone for about 45 minutes. We did measurements and looked for a while to make my trailer ride level. Meghan was very helpful and the product has been top quality. Thank you for all your help.
