Can a Curt Weight Distribution Shank be Used with a Blue Ox Weight Distribution Head

Will a curt shank fit a blue ox sway control head? The holes are spaced the same, but are the holes the same size?

If your Blue Ox head bolts on using 3/4 inch diameter bolts that are spaced 1-1/4 inches apart on center then you could use a different shank such as Curt shank # C17123 which has a maximum drop of 8-1/4 inches.
Nearly all brands of weight distribution systems use the same dimensions for the shanks so it is not uncommon to use a Curt shank with a different brand head as long as the holes match up.
