Sounds like you are in need of a weight distribution shank that will provide you with 4 inches of additional drop from what you have. A great solution for that is the Curt weight distribution shank part # C17123 which will give you the amount of drop you are looking for and also fits the head of your Reese system since Curt and Reese both make their shank dimensions to the same size.
