My old jack rusted out. The bracket was welded in place.
I mounted the new jack on the old bracket using the existing lock ring. The New lock ring was too thick for the old mount.
Takes a sturdy pair of lock ring pliers to remove the ring and reinstall. $16 at the store..

Good quality even though they don't all match. I ordered a total of 4 for a project and 2 match and the other 2 match. Won't matter for my project but it's worth noting. The mounting plates and foot pads are slightly different. Still happy with the purchase.

Worked as advertised. I got a request to rate this jack one year after purchase. The only downside was it took a couple months to ship, not etrailer.com fault, it was backed up (like everything else) due to covid. It has been used on a lawnmower trailer, loaded there is probably 400lbs tongue weight and the jack operates as advertised and expected.

just like the unit that came on the trailer. if only our crew wouldn't tear things up. but since this unit gets moved two to four times a day for the last 5 years i guess its not so bad that we need to replace a tounge jack once and a while.

- Replacement Tongue Jack for a Down To Earth 6x10 Utility TrailerFor your Down To Earth Trailer, I recommend the Round Snap Ring Swivel Jack w/ Footplate part # TJB-2002-B. This jack uses a snap ring swivel bracket with a 2-1/2" outer diameter. It should work with the existing bracket you have on your trailer now but if not it comes with it's own bracket that you can use if the need arises. This jack has a 2,000 lb tongue weight lift capacity with 15-1/4" of travel. It also comes with a footpad for stability. I have attached a review video for you as well.
