Question:

specify the brackets needed to attach the above referenced part to my utility trailer tongue rough measurements are 2inch wide x 3.5inch tall

There is only one bracket needed to install the Round Snap Ring Swivel Jack part # TJB-2001-Z on your utility trailer and the bracket is included with the jack so no additional purchases are necessary. I have pointed this bracket out for you. It will need to be welded to the trailer frame.

If you don't want to do any welding on the trailer then you can use the Round Snap Ring Swivel Jack w/ Footplate part # TJBB-2001-B instead which is essentially just a bolt-on version of the above jack but with a painted finish. It fits trailer frames up to 3" wide and 4" tall so you won't have any issues.
