Features to know about

Support for Heavy Tongue Loads

Loading equipment, stabilizing a parked trailer, or lining up a coupler gets harder when the jack feels undersized under tongue weight. This round pipe-mount swivel jack lifts up to 3,000 lbs and supports up to 5,000 lbs, providing stable support during hookup, storage, and trailer loading situations.

Swivels Out of the Way for Transport

Low-mounted jacks can create clearance problems on uneven driveways, gravel lots, or rough terrain. The tubular swivel design uses a 5/8" pull pin with lanyard, allowing the jack to reposition for use or stow alongside the trailer during transport.

Controlled Cranking During Hookup

Frequent hitching and leveling can become tedious when crank movement feels awkward or restricted. The sidewind hand crank uses an 8-1/8" radius for controlled lifting and lowering, helping improve leverage and adjustment during trailer hookup or storage positioning.

Footplate Support and Corrosion Resistance

Soft ground and outdoor storage conditions can shorten the life of trailer jacks and reduce stability during use. The 7" x 4" welded footplate helps distribute tongue weight across gravel, dirt, or uneven surfaces, while the zinc-plated outer tube and inner tube and footplate help resist corrosion. A built-in grease zerk also allows lubrication of internal components for smoother operation over time.

Video Transcript for Review of Trailer Valet Trailer Jack - Sidewind Round Pipe Mount Swivel Jack W/ Footplate - TV67ZR

Hi everybody, Andy here with etrailer. Let's take a quick look at this Trailer Valet sidewind round pipe mount swivel jack with foot plate. Now this is gonna be a heavy duty manual swivel jack meant mainly for utility and enclosed trailers where you want solid tongue support without having the jack hanging down during travel. This has a 3,000 pound lift capacity and a 5,000 pound support capacity. So this is gonna be able to handle a substantial amount of tongue weight during hitching, unhitching, loading or storage. One of the biggest advantages is going to be the swivel design.

This jack uses a round pipe mount with a 5/8 of an inch pull pin that you see right here. So once the trailer is hooked up, you're gonna be able to rotate the jack up alongside the trailer and get it out of the travel path. That's gonna help with ground clearance on uneven driveways, gravel lots or rougher terrain where a fixed jack may drag or get damaged. So this does include the pipe here that you would weld if you don't already have that pipe. If you already have a compatible pipe weld onto your trailer, then this should slide right onto that pipe.

So should be a relatively easy install. So this is going to give you about 10 inches of lift. And I have this fully retracted. Let me make sure of that here. So yeah, that's fully retracted.

And I want to give you the measurement of the retracted height and that's typically measured from the center of the mounting bracket to the ground, to the base that it's going to be on. So again, from the base, from the ground to the center of that mounting point, I'm gonna say about 11 inches when this is fully retracted. So then if you get about 10 inches of lift when it's fully extended, it's gonna be about 21 inches or so when it's fully extended. So that's gonna be an important measurement to consider before picking this up. Obviously this is going to be operated with this sidewind crank.

It's a very smooth operation. You might see that the grip is loose here. When you get this, all I had to do was just install this and I made it loose just because I'm not going to keep that on there. This is just something I wanted to attach to make sure that I could operate it, but you'll want to tighten down that nut when you get it obviously to keep that nice and tight, but very smooth operation. At the bottom here, we do have our foot plate. And again, I'm gonna get my ruler out here, see if I can give you the measurement. So I'm gonna say that that's measuring right at about. Let me measure it this way. It's better. About seven and 1/2 inches and about four inches or so. So that's going to give you a larger footprint that's gonna help spread the weight of the trailer over dirt, gravel, or softer storage surfaces instead of concentrating everything on a small point. So this does not come with a wheel. For insulation, again, this is gonna be a weld on. It's important to know that before picking this up as well. And the inner diameter here of our mount here is gonna be two inches. And then where the pipe slides into the mounting point here, that is gonna be about a two and 1/2 inch outer diameter. The jack itself has a two and 1/4 inch outer tube and a two inch inner tube. So anyone replacing an existing pipe mount jack should compare those measurements. And we have those measurements listed on this page if you need to refer back to it. The outer tube and the inner tube and the foot plate are zinc plated. So it's gonna hold up really well to moisture and the elements. We do have a greaser here as well to keep this maintained. I think that's gonna wrap up our look today. Again, my name's Andy. Thank you for joining me.
