Features to know about

Seamless RV Tire Monitoring: Bluetooth and Smartphone Integration

Gone are the days of worrying about your RV's tire pressure and temperature. This Tire Linc TPMS system effortlessly monitors your tires via Bluetooth, sending crucial updates straight to your smartphone. The handy OneControl app, available on both iOS and Android, keeps you informed with visual and audible alerts, helping you stay ahead of any potential tire issues from anywhere inside your vehicle.

Enhance Signal Range for Larger RVs: Built-In Repeater

Long RVs or trailers need not hinder your tire monitoring anymore. With the included repeater, this system extends the signal strength between your sensors and smartphone. This powerful feature ensures that even longer vehicles receive reliable readings up to a maximum of 33 feet, giving drivers peace of mind wherever the road takes them.

Weather-Proof Reliability: Durable Waterproof Sensors

Travel worry-free in all weather conditions with these robust, waterproof sensors. Installed securely onto your tire's valve stems, these sensors withstand rain, mud, or snow to deliver real-time data on tire pressure and temperature shifts. They're built to survive harsh environments so you can focus on your adventures.

Adaptable for Big Adventures: Supports Up to 20 Sensors

Whether you're towing additional vehicles or have a large caravan, this system flexes to meet your needs. It initially comes with four sensors but can monitor up to 20 tires simultaneously. Pair it with additional sensor packs—essential for multi-axle and complex setups—to cover all your wheels.

User-Friendly Setup: DIY Installation Made Simple

Forget complex installations; this system is designed for easy, do-it-yourself assembly. The sensors secure onto valve stems effortlessly, and the accompanying OneControl app makes the setup process straightforward. With comprehensive guides and included accessories like locknuts and a wrench, you’ll be ready to hit the road in no time.

Extended Battery Life for Hassle-Free Monitoring: Auto Sleep Mode

No more frequent battery changes thanks to the smart sleep mode. Sensors and the repeater conserve energy by automatically entering sleep mode after 20 minutes of inactivity. This clever feature ensures long-lasting performance without the hassle of constant tinkering, so you’re always prepared for your next journey.

While the pressure sensors did save a tire for me, I strongly recommend that they be installed on all metal valve stems. I had 2 valve stems fail. They were what I would call the heavy duty "hybrid" style (Rubber over a brass stem). It appears that the extra weight of the sensors combined with any shaking caused by road vibration (bridge approaches/potholes) and/or turbulence weakened the rubber to brass seal and caused the stems to fail and leak. Fortunately the system warned me in time and in both cases I was able to limp to repairs at a reduced speed along the shoulder. I have since replaced all the stems with the 2 piece all metal style stems, which I am confident should hold up.

It's so nice when things work the way they're meant to, isn't it?

Would not buy again. Trailer came TPMS Prepped which basically meant it had the Tire Linc base hard wired in which lead me to make this purchase. The big issue is there is no good way to keep an eye on the TPMS while driving down the road. You get little to no indications on your phone unless the Tire Linc app is open and your phone is unlocked. This basically renders the TPMS system useless. I can check my tire pressure when stopped which does save time. For the price there are far better options on the market. Save your self and go a different route.

by:

It does the job I just wish it would come with its own monitor instead of using a phone app. I am constantly having to touch the screen or hit the button on the phone to wake it up whenever I want to see the information coming from the sensors, other than that it does a really good job. I gave it 4 stars because it uses a phone app. I guess they are just trying to keep the price down.

For me the Tire Linc works intermittent. I can't get one sensor to work. I changed the battery tried to pair and still not working. We also bought the alert for inside our tow vehicle. This audible goes off to much. It may be because of the intermittent working of the sensor. When it goes off our travel companion starts barking so we don't use it. Seems we have $500-600 invested.

This item must have been sitting on etrailer's shelf for a long time because the batteries in the tire caps were dead, so I had to buy brand new ones. The tirelinc instructions were 4 years old! I had to call Lippert to figure out how to use the software because the instructions that came with the product were obsolete. Disappointed that I paid over $xxx for this and had to deal with these issues.

by:

It was a very simple install and set up. I however received many false alarms and no connection alerts. I had an electrical issue with my 2000W inverter and it fried the TPMS. I will most likely purchase another once I get reimbursed by Keystone RV for multiple destroyed components of my RV due to the inverter malfunction.

by:

have not installed the equipment at this time. it was delivered intact.

by:

I purchased the Tire Linc TPMS since my 5W has Lippert's One Control installed. I am very disappointed with Tire Linc. I will be researching a different TPMS for my 5W.

by:

It quit working 4 months ago, I don’t know how to fix it. I have towed my trailer 8,000 miles without any signals from the tire monitors. It worked good for about 6 months.

That is a bummer as this system generally does not fail. I will be reaching out to you with a list of suggestions from the manufacturer to trouble shoot. It is an extensive list.

by:

I have a new 5th wheel that already had the docking station installed. I just needed the brain box. Once I put the box in the docking station and uploaded the app, the install was easy. The instructions were not quite the same for my camper, though it did not take long for me to figure out what to do. I am not a techy, so if I can do it anyone will be able to. I haven't pulled the camper since install, though I will provide follow up feedback. It goes without saying. etrailer is an excellent resource for trailer parts, the cost for this device was the best at etrailer. Thanks to all.

So far the sensors are hit and miss. In the morning, before starting out, I can get all 4 tires to show up on my phone at the same time. As the day progresses and I check either while moving or stopped at a rest area or fuel station, I get any where from zero to three that show up but never all 4. Don't know why it works before we leave but not after we get on the road, but its better than nothing.

I saw someone else had a similar issue. I emailed you a troubleshooting list and hopefully that will get all four sensors working at the same time for you!

by:

This TPMS has worked perfectly from the day I installed them on all 4 tires on my RV 5th wheel. Going to add them to the golf cart trailer I am towing behind it.

Instructions were very poor. Required 3 calls to tech support. The first 2 didn't help, the second call was in a hurry and couldn't stay on the line until unit was operational. 3rd call (Nathan) was great. I learned that there were different versions of this and that the later version (mine) didn't match the information provided in the instruction. One sensor was bad. I had ordered 2 extra, as it comes with 4 and I needed 6. Discovered that there are 2 in each box, so I had paid for 2 extra. Good thing, as I had extra to replace the faulty one. It took over 1 hour on the phone with Nathan to get these working, mostly because of the poor and outdated instructions. One of the issues was the "pairing sequence". This is the order in which you install the sensors. Instructions stated that this was critical. Instructions showed this for trailers, but not class A motorhomes. I learned from Nathan that my version did not require this. If the instructions had matched the devices that I received, it would have been much easier. Bad sensors seem to be the norm for this product from what I've seen in the reviews. So far they are working. It has been a couple weeks.

We do have an install video that is much easier to follow. The install starts at the 6:56 mark, but the whole video has good information about how this works.

Best price and quick delivery

by:

We recently purchased a new travel trailer that came "tire linc ready" - meaning it has the mounting bracket installed and wired for power. We wanted to complete the system, so made this purchase. It arrived on the scheduled day and was as easy to install as the ads said. Before beginning installation, I made sure all four tires were inflated to their normal operating pressure of 65 psi, then simply followed the directions. After installation was complete, all the sensors read 65 psi, so I have confidence that the system is working.

by:

With my trailer already pre wired for the install, the setup was even easier. Once app was loaded on my phone the software setup and link to the TPMS sensors was easy.

I also purchased the alert indicator at the same time. I had to perform the pairing sequence twice to link the alert indicator to the TPMS system, but nothing beyond that for setup issues.

I am glad to have the extra security of being able to monitor my dual axle trailer tires in real time. No doubt this will improve towing safety along with time and money.

by:

I followed the instructions to the letter. The installation went just as described in the instruction / installation manual. We have not yet used them in actual towing / traveling; but will later this week.

Two suggestions:
1) Sell a package with an odd number of sensors; one for each tire and one for the spare tire. Or in the alternative sell single sensors so I can purchase just one more for the spare tire.
2) Modify the smart phone app to work with CarPlay ... so I can see the tire pressure on my dash display as well as my phone.

by:

tire sensors are reliable and accurate

by:

One year later and it still works. I have a 26 foot dual axle trailer and no issues with bluetooth connection. Interface is simple and you can set tolerance levels as you would expect.

by:

Fast ship of good product at great price. Love your You Tube videos.

by:

Confusing initial setup with smartphone. Smartphone interface is clunky and requires location services to read tire oressure. Basically the sensors work great and the app sucks.

by:

My RV came pre-wired so I didn't need the dock . easy to add to my one control app .Had a minor issue getting the sensors to "found " in the app ,but work great so far

by:

Works as advertised. I bought the remote monitor to use when towing my fifth wheel.

You mentioned that it has intermittent connection issues and I wanted to see if you could explain it more detail.
