Does this include battery loop connectors or do I need to purchase separately?

Hey Mike, I actually just came from a training earlier today on the etrailer Electric Trailer Jack # e55ZV and got to see it and use it but yes it does come with the ring terminals needed to wire in. What would you be installing this on?
This is a really nice jack and for the money you cannot beat it. Anything similar is a lot more money.

Jack is mounted on a 12 ft dump trailer that gets loaded up with 3000 - 5000lbs of debris. Jack handles lifting that load just fine. My only issue is when operating and lowering the jack....there are no stops built into the circuit....so if you lift the foot too high...the fuse blows and stops it Keep fuses on hand in your tow vehicle so you don't have a problem in the field.
