The Price was good, but the quality control could be better, some of the welds are very poor. I'll be re-welding these in a few places, mainly the reinforcing strap around the bottom of the outer tube and the locking bolt bung. Other than the poor welds, this is a solid coupler.

The weld quality on this gooseneck coupler is horrible! Our fab shop will have to repair almost every weld on the coupler. For something that is supposed to be rated for 30K pounds I'd expect a certified welder to weld the coupler. But this is not the case because the undercut and lack of fusion on this coupler would not be present if a certified welder welded this coupler. Also, it came as bare metal not painted as shown in the picture. We are NOT satisfied at all with this product!
unfortunately the handle did not make it.
the handle is not even installed correctly, it is missing the Carter pants to hold it on.
it is only being held on with shrink wrap.
this tells me very possibly it was broken before it was shipped.
this is not like etrailer what the heck.
can you please send me a replacement handle.

Looks awesome, Ron! What type of trailer is that on? I can't quite tell from the photos. [Which, by the way, thank you for sharing :)]
I am quite surprised that it wasn't painted at all.
Rust showing in many places so get brush to remove rust and then get primer and paint.
A few weld sprays to clean up.
All else is very good and well built.
Packing for shipping is very good.
Promise delivery date was very good.

The new topwind coupler didnt not come with grease in the top bearing. And I installed a rubber washer to help keep the water out of the new one. How does this not get mentioned that it must be disassembled and greased before instalation
Fit up was great and efficient to make height adjustments for different trucks. I’m buying another for my stock trailer.
