Replacement Gooseneck Coupler Similar To The 30K Bulldog BD028900

Question:
Hello, we are looking at needing a replacement Bulldog 028900 coupler on our trailer. I understand that this is likely difficult to source. Can you please suggest a form/fit/function replacement from a different manufacturer that you have available. Thank you

Hi Oliver!
What you are looking for is the Ram Gooseneck Coupler - Topwind - 7" Adjustment - Square - 2-5/16" Ball - 30K # GCSQTW-30008. This is nearly identical to the Bulldog Gooseneck Coupler BD028900 you currently have on your trailer.
The only real differences between them is the vertical adjustment height on the Ram is 6", whereas the Bulldog is 7", and the fully extended height on the Ram is 38" whereas the Bulldog is 39". Other than that, they would be hard to tell apart. It's essentially an exact replacement.
What kind of trailer are you needing this for? And what are you typically carrying?

Lazer, thank you for your feedback. We moved forward purchasing this form/fit/function equivalent. This goes into a custom trailer. Thanks, Oliver
