Today, we're going to be taking a look at the Camco heavy duty propane supply hose. This is a 15 inch supply hose that lets you connect an auxiliary propane cylinder to your RV or trailer's propane regulator. On this end, we're going to have the type 1 acme nut. This is going to connect to acme or POL connection on your propane tank. On the other end, we're going to have the quarter inch inverted male flare. This connects to the quarter inch inverted female flare on your propane regulator.
This hose is going to provide thermal protection in case of fires, and it's going to provide excess flow protection in case of a broken gas line. It's a really nice heavy duty hose. Nice flexible design, as well. This is rated for 200,000 BTUs per hour, and it's going to feature your brass fittings that do a great job at lasting a long time because they're highly resistant to rust and corrosion. Exactly what we needed!
Quality products at a good price, fast shipping. What could be better.

Product fit well but did not have an internal back flow preventer. If you have dual tanks and remove an empty gas will slowly bleed out of the disconnected hose. Not ideal but alot more flexible then the original equipment on our travel trailer.
Easy on and glad to be done with the old style fitting. Got the 15" to make sure I had plenty of line, the 12" would have also worked just fine.
The hose starts cracking after a few months and yes it is covered with a tank cover.
Items are good, but they don't fit my regulator, regulator is 3/4 and these are 1/4 with different threads, can't even get adapter to fit.
