Can 1/4 Fittings Be Removed to Use 3/8 Hose for Regulator CAM59005

this regulator has 2 inlet 1/4inch can i remove the 1/4inch and use the 3/8 my connect hose from tank to regulator has a 3/8 fitting i was just wondering if this would harm anything. thank you

I went out to the warehouse and took a look at regulator # CAM59005. I don't think using a 3/8 hose fitting will work. If that inlet fitting is removed the hole diameter is right about 1/2 inch. Though it could be that the outer diameter of your hose fitting is around 1/2 inch in which case it would work. To remove all doubt I recommend hose # CAM59065.
