While this fill hose is typically used in conjunction with a Sturgi-Stay T-fitting (sold separately), it can also be used to connect your dual-cylinder propane setup to the regulator on your RV. It is important to note that this hose does not have a back-check to contain a gas leak. Therefore, when used as part of a dual-cylinder setup, it is not RVIA compliant. A backflow check valve is needed to prevent a major gas leak if one inlet is not connected or has a faulty connection. Both tanks in a dual tank system require check valves. An adapter fitting that includes a back-check (204120-MBS - sold separately) can be used to make your changeover regulator RVIA compliant.

This is exactly what I needed for my Hymer Aktiv propane line.

Works as predicted but if you keep it exposed to the elements, it would be a good idea to cover it with a split loom conduit or something similar to prevent drying out and cracking.

Items arrived much sooner than expected I would recommend E-Trailer to anyone they got great service THANKS

Easy to order and delivered when promised. Hose and couplings are perfect. Exactly what I needed.

Used this pigtail along with the MB Sturgis Propane Adapter Fitting - (1/4" Female Inverted Flare x 1/4" MPT) to attach to shut-off valve for propane line. High quality as usual from etrailer.

No problems, etrailer is the best. You guys work your tail off concerning customer service. In this day and age that is something to be proud of. Keep up the good work.

I can not really rate, as I just received them, the small fitting was too small
1/4 inch for my need, I needed 3/8, however it was TOTALLY MY FAULT, as I did not look at my fittings before ordering, I went with (ASSUME) it gets you every time , got an adapter fitting and works just fine. 5 stars because it was made in USA!!!
buy and support made in USA items when ever possible people........
I will be ordering more things for sure . THANK YOU ETRAILER!!!!

no problems at all after a year thanks again!!

Easy, fast, and affordable fix! With just a 7/16" and a 7/8" wrench, I had my old stiff hoses replaced in 10 minutes! Exact replacement product with the benefit of being longer and A LOT more flexible than the originals. Hose crimps look better than the originals too.

The main reason for replacing the old hoses, was the 20+ year old hoses were having a harder time sealing, and had to be cranked down on hard, which lead to binding when time to remove for refilling. The 7/8" hex nuts ended up getting rounded out. No longer a problem with the new ones, as they are equipped with an o-ring, so no need to get crazy tightening. Just replace the o-ring, should it ever split or flatten.

For the price, it's hard to go wrong!

They have been performing flawlessly. I live off grid in a trailer while building my home, so they are in use 247365. They have been through all types of weather conditions, with ambient temperatures ranging from 100°F down to -15°F. The hoses and fittings are still like new, and I havent had to replace o-rings over the time that has passed. I see no reason why they will not last for years to come.

They seem pretty nice and it's what I wanted. I would have given 5 stars if the threads would have been cleaner. Not sure how of the thickness of the rubber hoses are but they are very flexible. We'll see how they hold up. The ones that these are replacing are 29yrs old and there really isn't anything wrong with them, just old is all. etrailer is great so are their prices.

Works as intended from 100 lb tank to r egulator

These hoses will replace the old ones on our old camper at our property . I liked these because the were twice as long as the ones that came on it, at a very appealing price. Should work great. Always happy with e-trailer. Reliable site, fair prices, helpful videos. Never got an e-mail confirming order shipped.

Still working as expected! No issues

everything that i've bought from etrailer - say during the past 10 years - has been as expected. i sell auto parts like Hitches and parts for them and have bought trailer parts and travel trailer parts . all were well made and received as described. so, i'm a happy camper . . .

Worked perfect for my application.
it to connect my little heater to outside propane bottle.

I have been a customer for about 3 years. Over
Years I have purchased many items. Included
are items for my truck, car, RV, and trailer parts
for boat, utility, and snowmobile trailers. I have
NEVER had any issues with any purchases, or

Hose was as expected and fit with no leaks. To be fair,, this was bought to replace an identical hose that had begun to leak around the joint on the small side after 2 years or so, so at best, this review is mixed.

Very high quality replacement propane hose that was not available locally. A small but critical item when you live off the grid and it surprised me with the speed of its arrival,

Was delivered on time took it out of package hooked up the big tank now we are nice and warm no leaks very good quality thank you

Is exactly what I needed thank you

Good product. The crimp on the swivel went bad on the old one and it started leaking. The new one is done better with a different tool it looks like.

High quality. Nice flexible hose. Easy install and works perfectly. Fair pricing and shipping.

It has handled the summer and winter in NNJ very well, no cracking, fading, or signs of wear.

Just installed, no leaks! And seem very well made.
etrailer is great!

Haven't connected it yet, but the hose looks good and fits as expected. I was informed when my first choice would be delayed too long and give this choice as an alternative. Nice to get the choice instead just waiting for a month with no word.

Very quick delivery and exactly what I needed. Easy to do business.

It works at my propane I will ordering again. Thanks

  • Will MB Sturgis Propane Hose # 100019-36 Connect 15 lb Propane Bottles to 100 lb RV Tanks
The two types of fittings you described match what the part # 100019-36 is designed for. It has the male inverted flare that would attach to the regulator on your travel trailer and the POL style that attaches to the 15 lb tanks you have as well. This would be the correct adapter hose.

The part # 100019-36 is for connecting an auxiliary propane source to the RV's propane system. • Extension Hose from ASME Tank to Propane Regulator
I do have an option for you but as your propane setup is not standard to say the least, we do not have any direct extensions that will work for you without you having to use several adapters which we do not carry. Therefore, your best option would be to extend the supply line from your propane tank to your regulator. For this, you will want to use the MB Sturgis Sturgi-Stay Propane Fill Hose part # 100019-36 for 3' long or part # 100019-60 for 5' long. These lines have a male POL which...

I took a look at your DuroMax 13,000 watt generator and it appears to have a 3/8" male flare on it for the propane line to hook up to which you'll want to confirm using the included help article. As long as that's the fitting you have you will need the following parts to hook up your generator to dual 100lb tanks: (2) pigtails # 100019-36 (1) regulator # 37207-30395 (1) supply hose # 100040-144-MBS You'll need to figure out your own mount to secure the regulator, but it'll automatically...

  • Connecting Propane Grill and Griddle to Quick Disconnect on Trailer
If you're right about taking the regulator off of the Blackstone griddle then you can use part # 100476-120-MBS for a 10 foot hose that goes from the regulated quick disconnect on the trailer right to it. The Coleman on the other hand is more difficult than that since the regulator can't be removed and, as you know, you can't run the gas through two regulators. The only thing we have that'll do it is adding a Tee right at your tanks using part # 103613-MBS and then using the same 10 foot...
