  • 1/4 Inch - MIF
  • POL - Male
  • MB Sturgis

Pigtail hose connects your RV's propane tank to a 2-stage regulator. Can also be used to hookup an auxiliary tank to a T-fitting inlet such as the Sturgi-Stay so you don't need to break camp to resupply.

Features:

  • Pigtail hose lets you connect a propane tank to your RV's 2-stage regulator
    • Replaces a worn out or damaged supply hose
    • Usable as a fill hose to connect to a T-fitting to a backup tank
    • Pairs well with a Sturgi-Stay (103602-MBS - sold separately)
  • Male POL fitting connects to your ASME tank or propane cylinder
  • Male inverted flare hooks into 2-stage regulator or adapter
  • Durable thermoplastic hose and brass fittings approved for LP gas only
    • Rated for high pressure and high flow rate to handle unregulated propane
    • UL569 and ANSI Z21-81 certified
  • Made in the USA

Specs:

  • Temperature range: -40 F to 140 F
  • Hose dimensions: 36" long x 1/4" inner diameter
  • Hose fittings:
    • POL tank connection
    • 1/4" Male inverted flare
  • Maximum pressure rating: 350 psi
  • Maximum flow capacity: 500,000 Btu per hour
  • 1-Year limited warranty

While this fill hose is typically used in conjunction with a Sturgi-Stay T-fitting (sold separately), it can also be used to connect your dual-cylinder propane setup to the regulator on your RV. It is important to note that this hose does not have a back-check to contain a gas leak. Therefore, when used as part of a dual-cylinder setup, it is not RVIA compliant. A backflow check valve is needed to prevent a major gas leak if one inlet is not connected or has a faulty connection. Both tanks in a dual tank system require check valves. An adapter fitting that includes a back-check (204120-MBS - sold separately) can be used to make your changeover regulator RVIA compliant.

  • Are RV Awnings Available With Acrylic Fabric
Hey Myralee, The RV awnings we offer from Solera, like the # LCV000334919-362241, are all made with a vinyl fabric. Vinyl is less expensive and is better at shielding you from the weather, whereas acrylic is going to cost more and is woven so it can let heavy rainfall through. Acrylic is typically easier to clean and will last a few years longer though.

  • Could MB Sturgis Propane Pigtail Hose be Used with Propane Tank Gauge
Yes, you could install a gauge on your propane tanks as long as they has a flow through design that the pigtail part # 100019-36 could then connect to.

  • Availability of High Pressure Propane Hose
We do have high pressure propane hoses but you will also need to know the length and fitting style you need to narrow it down. The # 100019-36 you looked at has a max pressure rating of 350 psi and has a 1/4" male inverted flare and POL tank connection. I have attached a link below to all of our available hoses which can be filtered down by length, type, and outlet/inlet.

  • Will MB Sturgis Propane Hose # 100019-36 Connect 15 lb Propane Bottles to 100 lb RV Tanks
The two types of fittings you described match what the part # 100019-36 is designed for. It has the male inverted flare that would attach to the regulator on your travel trailer and the POL style that attaches to the 15 lb tanks you have as well. This would be the correct adapter hose.

  • Extension Hose from ASME Tank to Propane Regulator
I do have an option for you but as your propane setup is not standard to say the least, we do not have any direct extensions that will work for you without you having to use several adapters which we do not carry. Therefore, your best option would be to extend the supply line from your propane tank to your regulator. For this, you will want to use the MB Sturgis Sturgi-Stay Propane Fill Hose part # 100019-36 for 3' long or part # 100019-60 for 5' long. These lines have a male POL which...

  • Hose to go From 100 Propane Tank to Regulator
To go from a 100 lb propane tank to a regulator normally requires a hose like the MB Sturgis Propane Pigtail Hose # 100019-36 which has a POL fitting for the tank on one side and a male inverted flare on the other. This hose is 3 foot long. For something longer we have the part # 37207-30685 which is 12 feet long.

  • Parts Needed To Hook Duromax 13,000 Watt Dual Fuel Generator To Dual 100lb Tanks
I took a look at your DuroMax 13,000 watt generator and it appears to have a 3/8" male flare on it for the propane line to hook up to which you'll want to confirm using the included help article. As long as that's the fitting you have you will need the following parts to hook up your generator to dual 100lb tanks: (2) pigtails # 100019-36 (1) regulator # 37207-30395 (1) supply hose # 100040-144-MBS You'll need to figure out your own mount to secure the regulator, but it'll automatically...

  • Propane Hoses Needed to Go From 100 lb. Propane Tank Through Regulator to Trailer Supply Lines
You will need 2 separate hoses, one from the 100 lb. tank to the regulator and one from the regulator to the supply lines. The MB Sturgis Propane Pigtail Hose # 100019-36 (3 ft.) will go from the 100 lb. propane tank to the regulator using the Propane Adapter Fitting # 37207-30035. We do not have a hose that fits what you are needing from the regulator to the supply pipes. The typical set-up on a travel trailer is 3/8", I recommend that you verify you have 1/2". If you do, you will need...
