For a dual stage regulator I recommend the Camco 2-Stage Propane Regulator for Dual Propane Tanks part # CAM59005. This regulator has an auto changeover feature that will change between tanks when one is empty without interrupting the supply. It also has an indicator to let you know if the tank is empty or full.
In order to attach the tanks to this regulator you are more than likely going to need hoses with a Type 1 fitting to attach to the tanks and a 1/4" inverted flare fitting to attach to the regulator. If this is the case then I recommend the Camco Propane Hose Assembly part # CAM59053 for 12" long or part # CAM59065 for 15" long.
I have attached a review video of the regulator and hose for you in addition to our propane help article.
