AJ: What's up, everybody. It's AJ with etrailer.com. Today we're going to be checking out this propane hose from JR products. It's going to be 20 inches long. It's going to have a type one connection on this end so it's going to be easy to attach to your propane tank. On this end, it's going to have an inverted connection.
I just want to point out what that means. This is the one we're talking about today. This is the inverted connection. You can see it's a little bit smaller than the part. You can put a wrench on it when you go to turn. This one's an NPT connection.
You can see that the threading comes all the way out to where you would put a wrench on it or where you would tie it down. This is an easy way to tell right away. Make sure you look at your regulator and make sure you got the right hose for the right regulator. The regulator we have installed on a rig 00:00:40 takes inverted connections so I'm just going to easily thread it in there. Nice and tight.
It's not coming out. Then we'll take our type one connection and just easily attach it to the propane tank. I really like the type one connection versus the other kind that fits inside because this is easier. You don't need tools or anything. You just grab this plastic part, turn, and get really tight. It's color coded for the propane so light green means they can handle 200,000 BTU per hour.
That's just how much propane it can push into your rig. That's pretty much it.It's that easy to install. Just make sure you get the right fitting for the right regulator. The propane tanks, inaudible 00:01:24, always going to be the same so just make sure you double check before you order yours. Either you got the NPT one or our inverted one here. That does it for our look at these hoses. Hope this helped.
