The first one I bought broke shortly after this review. Etrailer replaced it. The second one lasted one or two trips. I do not recommend this product. It breaks and is ineffective.

As noted earlier, Ive had this product for about a year. During that time, the device has performed exactly as I expected, eliminating any rattle from the receiver. My only disappointment is that the set screws securing the unit have already started to rust and will need replacement. Overall, in terms of performance and meeting expectations, it has done just as I hoped.

I found out that you have to keep a eye on the mounting screws, they come loose and I lost the anti-Rattle

I'm so happy to hear it made such a difference! The hitch collar tightens down to apply pressure from all sides instead of just one, so it's very efficient at reducing play in the hitch.
