Does The etrailer Anti-Rattle Hitch Collar e38FV Work For A 2-1/2" Hitch Receiver?

Does this device fit a 2 1/2 “ receiver?

Hello Gary, thanks for reaching out. The etrailer Anti-Rattle Hitch Collar # e38FV is only for a 2" receiver. It will not work with the 2-1/2" hitches. We do hope to make a version for a 2-1/2" hitch in the future, but that is a good ways down the line.

If you need an anti-rattle device for a 2-1/2" hitch we do have the Roadmaster Quiet Hitch # RM-062 or the Blue Ox Immobilizer # BX88225. Both are U-bolt style ant-rattle clamps.
