Follow the great video that is available thru etrailer website and you will not have any install issues..purchase the wiring kit and bracket and the install will go as planned. The products are built to last and fit is perfect..

Item was delivered when promised. It came without the required bolts and nuts to install it.
This mounting bracket is great for securing the flat 4-wire connector. It looks very factory!
I'm going to tap two screw holes in beam and attach curt mounting bracket. It would be nice if the holes were included with the trailer hitch.

I WAS GOING TO GET A HITCH FROM ANOTHER COMPANY THAT SELLS AND INSTALLS HITCHS [AND RENT TRUCKS AND TRAILERS]. THEY MADE IT SEEM THAT IT WOULD BE DIFFICULT TO MYSELF, AND THEN I DID SOME LOOKING ON YOUR WEBSITE, AND WATCHED YOUR VIDEO. YOU SHOWED STEP BY STEP ON WHAT DO. TOLD ME TO LOOK FOR WIREING HARNESS THAT HAD A PLUG TO PLUG YOUR WIRE TO. EVERTHING WAS JUST AS HE SAID, IT TOOK ME 1 HOUR TO INSTALL HITCH AND WIRE HARNESS, SAVED ME AROUND $[XX], THANK AGAIN.
Worked great I ordered the universal mount for it also, but did not use it. I put the Draw Tite undermount hitch on Grand Cherokee last year and didn't realize it had the mount welded on it. Advice check yours before ordering.
I’m sure it’s a good piece. My curt hitch is round. Bumper is plastic so I didn’t want to secure it to that. I went and looked at reviews and saw a video that shows a long bar with a strap that it was attached to to secure it. Wish I had seen that when I was ordering.
This does not work with Tekonshea 4 pole connectors that are tapered. It will not lock into place. Additionally, it does not come with any self tapping screws or anything to attach this to the hitch. I would not recommend this.
This does the trick. Looks factory and is easy to install. Definitely recommend using this for wiring you trailer hitch plug. Clean installation and looks great.
I had to open the mounting holes slightly to match the holes in the hitch. Other than that it fit great.
Easy and simple. Only gave 4 stars because item did not come with mounting bolts. Easy fix with bolts I had on hand. No drilling required because it was compatible with the Draw Tite Class III (76034) I also purchased from etrailer.

No issues since the day I mounted it.
The Draw-Time trailer hitch went on without a "hitch". The process of ordering the correct components (hitch, wiring harness and 4 pole plug mount) for my 2016 Ford Flex was nearly effortless with only one call to clear up one concern. etrailer's videos that were vehicle and product specific made for a great experience. Thanks
The bracket is durable enough and the plug will fit well enough however I did have issues finding a good mounting for the bracket based on size and configuration
The final piece of the puzzle for me...finishing off the installation of a hitch and wiring harness on my wife's car. This will keep everything neat and easily accessible. Thanks for making all of it so easy!
The connector fits into the bracket but it doesn’t hold in securely. I expected that it would “clicK” in somehow and hold tight but not the case. The fit is not snug and would fall out if not for the cap on. The connector .

That can happen with this type of bracket no matter the brand of harness. I recommend using electrical tape to thicken the four way connector to help it stay in.
It is fine and fits wire harness well
Makes easy work of mounting the harness in a convenient and attractive location. Would be nice if the part came with adhesive or screws, but great for the price.
Did not install this yet but disappointed that it did not come with mounting screws and nuts.
ilike the bracket and it will do the job. but i was disappoint that it came with no mounting screws so it was a trip to the hardware store which took time and gas

Sadly, this bracket does not work with non-Curt brand connectors. So my trailer connector, which is Tekonsha, is just zip-tied to it.
Installation was quick and easy. Watched the videos. Very helpful.

It is not the first time we have heard this. Sometimes it happens with these types of four flat bracket no matter the brand. I recommend using electrical tape to thicken the four way connector to help it stay in. You are correct in that I wish the manufacturer would include hardware with it. Or you can consider using this with a no drill bracket like part # 18136 or part # 18140.
