Your customer service leaves nothing lacking, and this follow-up from you is so out of character for the many web sites I have purchased from over the years. I am impressed by you and your company.
I bought the tow bar and the brake system for my Equinox, and installed them my self (I am 70 years old) - and with your provided instructions and video, I had no problems (even though I was surprised by the number of parts and detail that went into the assemblies).
Both systems have worked very well, with no problems. I am completely satisfied with them, and have told my friends and traveling acquaintances about your company.

Very easy installation with directions provided. On the Chevrolet Equinox this Stop Light Switch eliminates the need to install a relay. It will operate the brake lights in my Even Brake 9400 supplementary braking system. I recommend this Kit to make your supplementary braking system work.
Excellent well engineered product. Requires basic electrical knowledge and skills to install and adjust.

This switch was a perfect fit for my 2017 Equinox. I followed the instructions on the etrailer video and it worked just perfect. It is much better than trying to find the brake switch wire in the vehicle wire bundle like I did for my previous vehicle. Kudos on the great videos available to help with installation.

Does what it is intended to do. Took a little time to install but it came with all the instructions I required, and it all looks and works great!
The stop light switch kit is performing as expected. The installation is a little more difficult than what is shown. I ended up installing the switch to the bracket and then installing the bracket to the car. I have not replaced the cover-up panel under the dash installed in the car at the factory as it was damaged when removing it.
I'am in the process of setting up my 2017 Equinox to tow behind our motorhome. I've placed 4-orders with etrailer. So far I've installed the base plate, the wiring from the rear tail lights to the front end.I also received my Tow bar and the quick release parts. my next project is to install the invisi brake system. I want to send Kudos to Cathy T for her help and her great customer service. I'am also thanking James A for his quick response to a question about the wiring harness. I'am extremely happy with the quality of everything I ordered at etrailer. Thanks
Works perfectly. A little hard to instal,l because of location under the dash ( lying on your back upside down) but you only have to do it once.

Install it correctly, and it has worked flawlessly for the last year and 6000 miles.
Product arrived as described and when scheduled. Installed via instructions provided. Although instructions could have been clearer from manufacturer, installation only took a few hours. When all said and done Even Brake system now functional in GMC Terrain.
The equipment ordered was received as ordered and had preformed well. Etrailer personnel was very helpful during the informational and ordering processes.
Very good service. William B was very helpful in getting me what I needed to hook up my GMC Terrain to my motorhome. Now, I have to install it all. Hopefully the installation instructions that William sent are as good as the rest of my ecperience with etrailer.
