Hey Ken, thanks for the photos. I believe you are saying that bolt hanging down is interfering the jacks from fully locking into closed positioned. What is that bolt attached to?

The jacks still work great. On a scale of 1-5, 5 being highest, I still give it a 5 for functionality. I would give it a 3 for finish durability. Next year I will need to strip and repaint them....or for the cost, just replace them. They get a lot of attention as it allows my down gate to be a level deck.
