  • Does Lippert JT's Strong Arm Jack Stabilizer Work With Telescoping Jacks?
In regards to your stabilizer jacks being installed at 45 degree angles, I believe you are referring to telescoping jacks. If they look like what is shown in the accompanying photo then yes, you will be able to use the JT's Strong Arm Jack Stabilizer Travel Trailer Kit # LC191025. You will not need an adapter of any kind, there are only a couple of different steps you'll need to take during installation, which is outlined in the instructions.

  • Recommended JT's Strong Arm Jack Stabilizer Kit for 2014 Wildcat 5th Wheel Trailer
Since you measured a distance of 60 inches between the landing gear on your 2014 Wildcat 5th Wheel Trailer, the correct JT's Strong Arm Jack Stabilizer Kit is part # LC191023. One end of each stabilizer tube will attach to each landing gear leg and the other will attach to the trailer's frame. The kit includes 6 stabilizer tubes - 4 for the front of the trailer and 2 for the rear. If you have Lippert electric stabilizer jacks, then you will just need to use the Adapter Set # LC314597....

Hey Chris, so I looked up the Lippert Rock Solid stabilizer jack and it looks like a JTs Strongarm like the part # LC191025 which actually can be installed on scissor jacks like it sounds like you have. Let me know if you are thinking of something different though.

Hey Brian, There is an option for a crossbar stabilizer that you can use for the stabilizer jacks on your Forest River camper with the MORryde Scissor Jack Cross Brace Stabilizer for Trailers and RVs # MR82AR. This will work with your 55 inch spacing for added stability. I've added a link below to a video review of the # MR82AR for you to check out as well.

  • Power Stabilizer for 2020 Forest River R-Pod Travel Trailer
Hey Jon! The Lippert High-Speed Power Stabilizer Jack # LC298707 may fit your R-Pod but you will have to look at your frame to see if it will work. The mounting hole spacing is 68-11/16" from center-hole to center-hole. If that lines up with your frame you can install and use the stabilizer. If you're able to add this its a really nice, convenient upgrade. If that won't work, check out the Ultra-Fab Power Twin II Electric Stabilizer with Dual Motors # UF39-941705. This is more versatile...

  • Can I Install The JT's Strong Arm Stabilization Kit On A Hydraulic Auto Leveling System?
Tri Pods do give you a major boost in stabilization, but a system like the JT Strong Arm Stabilizer Kit # LC191025 will be much more stabilizing. Why? Well you are taking your current jack and adding two separate components, creating a larger spread compared to scissor jacks. Also creating two bigger triangles will result in more stabilization. So, the Strong Arm Jack Stabilization is the more stable route. If I were installing these arms, I would be using two of the adapter lugs # LC314592...

  • Can SnapJack SJ & JT's Strong Arm be Used Together
Hey Richard, You will not want to use the JT's Strong Arm Jack Stabilizer Kit for Travel Trailers # LC191025 and SnapPad SnapJack SJ RV Scissor Jack Pads # SN32FR together, no. They use different hardware so are not compatible, but both will do a lovely job of helping stabilize your trailer. I'd go with the StrongArm to get the best possible stabilization because it connects from frame to foot as opposed to just a larger surface area foot.

  • Difference Between JT's Strong Arm Stabilizer Kits
Hi there Dennis; good question and the difference is solely in their application, how they attach, and the parts to do so. If you have a 5th wheel trailer, and the space between the front landing gear is 58 inches (measured inside to inside) use the JT's Strong Arm Jack Stabilizer Kit for 5th Wheel RVs w/ 58" or More Between Landing Gear # LC191023. the Strong Arm will attach directly to the landing gear legs; however, if you have a travel trailer with scissor jacks you will use the JT's...

Adding the Ark Drop Down Corner RV Stabilizer Jacks # AR94FR or # ARK94FR for black would make a difference in stabilization. Although you don't want to go overboard adding things, more is generally better for trailer stabilization. • Installing JT Strong Arm for 2021 Rockwood 2608bs with Lippert Stabilizer Jacks
In general we don't typically recommend drilling into hitches to attach items like the JT's Strong Arm part # LC191025 as it could possibly affect capacity but since this is commonly attached to crossmembers of the trailer frame or the rear square bumper I could see what you are wanting to do as a reasonable solution. Since you have a Lippert electric stabilizer you would need to use the adapter kit part # LC314597 which was designed for the feet of your setup.

The Ark Drop Down Corner RV Stabilizer Jacks # AR94FR are definitely better than just standard scissor jacks, but the JT Strong Arm Stabilizers # LC191025 are a better option since they distribute the weight across the frame to help strengthen the stabilization of the trailer. The Ark jacks are much easier to use than scissor jacks and can quickly be set in place or retracted and locked up out of the way, so they definitely have their place in the market. • Will Upgrading To Higher Capacity Scissor Jacks Add More Stability
Most scissor jacks, like the etrailer Scissor Stabilizer Jacks w/ Handle # TJSCHD-24-4, have a weight capacity rating but aren't actually rated to lift the trailer. Stabilizer jacks are only meant to stabilize, meaning that as you lower them you are supposed to stop as soon as they touch the ground.
