Can Stabilizer Jacks TJ01RT-HD be Used With Trailer Frame Running Front to Back
Updated 04/18/2024 | Published 04/11/2024 >
Question:
Are these camper jacks a good fit for a 2021 Geo Pro G15TB? I notice that my frame beams run front to back and not passenger to driver. So the slant on front jacks would be towards tongue jack and back jacks would be towards rear of unit. Not to the sides like on pics. Just concerned whether that makes a difference on effectiveness of such installation. Thanks for your consideration.

Hi Carlos; thanks for the photo and that's a smart question, but your trailer frame running front to back won't make a difference in the effectiveness of the Stabilizer Jacks # TJ01RT-HD.
They can absolutely still be used on your Geo Pro G15TB with that frame configuration to help stabilize your trailer.

Hi Kyle, Thanks for your reply. I was just about to order 2 sets of these stabilizing jacks, when another thought arose. It seems that the jacks are rated for 650 lbs. each when fully extended. My unit is 16 feet in length, with a total weight of about 4,500 lbs. Will these 4 corner jacks still be appropriate for our unit? To me it would seem not, because these jacks not rated like my current scissor jacks for my load. Thanks for taking the time to answer my questions and your great help.
