The roller guide on arrived on time as promised. The tracking link provided easy access to know when when the package was being delivered. The part fit perfectly on my boat trailer.

good quality and construction, you should revise the statement in description to say "pre-galvanized" instead of galvanized. If there's any coating on the ones sent it must be very thin quick dip ! Other vendors selling a similar guide-on's say "pre-galvanized.

I PURCHASED A SINGLE GUIDE-ON ARM FOR MY TRAILER. THE PRODUCT IS A GOOD UNIVERSAL FIT TO THE ONE THAT WAS DAMAGED (DIFFERENT MANUFACTURER). ETRAILER REP PATRICK O WAS KNOWLEDGEABLE & VERY HELPFUL WITH MY ORDER.
