Cant these be mounted inward to be on the inside of the tubes? My trailer is a yacht club PTB2027. My boat is a Sylvan mirage 8520 CNF.

For pontoon boats like your Sylvan Mirage 8520 we have the CE Smith Bunk Style Guide-Ons # CE27671 which is a similar setup that is designed for the insides of a pontoon. Check out the picture I attached to see what I mean.
We also have a roller version of this too as part # CE27672.
