  • Dimension Of Rollers On Dutton-Lainson Deluxe 4 Ft Roller Bunks For Boat Trailer
The rollers on the Dutton-Lainson Deluxe Roller Bunk, part # DL21740 measure 2-1/4 inch diameter and are 1-3/8 inches wide. These wheels are made of a solid core, high grade rubber. These bunks have a weight capacity of 2,500 lbs and come with 2 in a package. If you need a 5 ft section the number is # DL21741. This has 12 sets of 3 rollers and have the same roller dimensions. These roller bunks have a weight capacity rating of 3,000 lbs. If roller bunk brackets are needed, I recommend...

  • Recommended Hardware To Mount Dutton-Lainson Boat Trailer Roller Bunks To 2x4 Bunk Boards
Hey Dave, As long as your current 2"x4" bunk boards are in good shape, you'll just want a hand full of 1-1/2" long lag bolts, preferably 1/4" or in diameter, to secure the Dutton-Lainson Boat Trailer Roller Bunks # DL21741. You are just bolting the rollers directly to the wood, and I'd do at least 4 lags in each roller bunk.

  • Recommended Roller Bunks for 2020 18 Express Boat with Back Track Aluminum Trailer
The best option in my opinion is to use the Dutton-Lainson Boat Trailer Deluxe Roller Bunk - 5' Long Sections - 12 Sets of 3 Rollers # DL21741 which will allow you to angle the set farther up the trailer to help you center the hull but I recommend using a keel roller like the CE Smith Deep V Keel Roller Assembly for Boat Trailers - Galvanized Steel/Black Rubber - 5" # CE10401G to help center the boat. • Can I Convert Regular Bunks To Roller Bunks
Yes, you could convert your Rolco trailer from the wooden bunks to roller bunks. The Boat Trailer Deluxe Roller Bunk, part # DL21741, has a universal mount system that attaches directly to either vertical or horizontal positioned bunk boards that should work on your trailer. You may also be interested in Boat Trailer Roller Bunk Bracket, part # DL21742, for mounting the roller bunks. • Recommended Roller Bunks Replacement for Wooden Bunks for G3 1860 Boat
We do have a variety of roller bunks that can be used as a direct replacement for carpeted bunks. I recommend either going with the 2,500 lb capacity which comes in Black # DL21754 or Silver # DL21740, OR the 3,000 lb capacity which also comes in Black # DL21755 or Silver # DL21741. I have also attached a link to all of the options that you can check out, as well as a link to all of our brackets if they also need replacing.

  • Recommendation for Roller Bunks on a Boat Trailer with 8 Foot Carpet Bunks
You can use the 5 foot long Dutton-Lainson deluxe roller bunk # DL21741 on your 8 foot bunk, and you would just locate it in the middle of the bunk. I also offer the Dutton-Lainson roller bunk, part # DL21740. This is a 4 foot long roller bunk, so you could install 2 per bunk. You will also want to make sure that the roller bunks will be able to handle the weight capacity of your 18 foot boat. To install the roller bunks to your trailer, you may also be interested in the Dutton-Lainson...

  • Best Bunk Rollers for Loading a 2004 Stingray 220DR Boat
Hi Wayne! I actually recommend going with the Dutton-Lainson roller bunks over the CE Smith brand because the CE Smith are rated for 1,500 lbs per set while the Dutton-Lainson are rated for 2,500 lbs per set. According to my research your boat weighs in at about 3,800 lbs so the higher weight rating is needed. To get the correct roller bunk just choose which color you want and which length best matches the bunks on your trailer: Black - 4' Long # DL21754 - 5' Long # DL21755 Silver ...

  • Recommended Roller Bunks For 16' Crestliner Pontoon Boat For Easier Launching
I am happy to help. To allow you to launch your 16' Crestliner Pontoon easier you will want to add roller bunks to your current bunk boards. The correct amount will be dependent on how long your bunk boards are. If you have 10' bunk boards you will want two of the 5' rollers( One set of the # DL21741 per bunk), or if you have shorter bunk boards you can use the 4' # DL21740 instead. You can likely get away with just adding the rollers to one bunk board on each side, but for the easiest...

The Dutton-Lainson Boat Trailer Deluxe Roller Bunk - 5' Long Sections - 12 Sets of 3 Rollers # DL21741 does not come in stainless steel, but they are made of galvanized steel to resist rust and corrosion and stand up to both freshwater or saltwater use. • Could 5 Foot Long Roller Bunks be Used with Lund Fury 1400 Boat
Hey Rusty, so it really depends on how far onto your current 7 foot bunks your boat sits now for if you could get by with one set of 5 foot roller bunks like part # DL21741. I would assume if the boat isn't completely resting on the current bunk setup the 5 foot length would be just fine. I pulled up pictures of your Lund Fury 1400 and to me it looks like the 5 foot bunks would be fine.

  • Distance From Top of Roller to Frame for Dutton Lainson and CE Smith Roller Bunks
I believe you are asking about the height from the top of the roller down to where the bracket would mount on a trailer. The # DL21741 is 2-1/2 inches for that dimension and then the # CE27710 is 2-13/16 inches. These are both hot dipped.

  • Comparing the Dutton-Lainson and CE Smith Roller Bunks
I would be happy to compare the Dutton-Lainson Roller Bunks item # DL21741 and CE Smith Roller Bunks item # CE27710 but there's not that much of a difference. Both are 5 foot long and have 6 rollers per section. Each section is rated for 1500 pounds. Both are made with galvanized steel and heavy duty black rubber rollers. The main difference besides price is the shape of the rollers is not exactly the same. The CE Smith rollers are more round where the Dutton-Lainson are boxy and almost...

  • Can Bunk Rollers Act As Guide-Ons on a Boat Trailer
The # DL21754 Bunk Rollers you mentioned are designed to be mounted onto the narrow end of a 2 x 4 bunk board.
