There has not been any reviews that I can find regarding a scissor trailer and the CE Smith Roller Style Guide-Ons for Pontoon Boat Trailers - 24" Long # CE27672.
That said, there's no reason the guide-ons wouldn't work just fine on that type of trailer, and will fit frames measuring up to 3" wide x 4-1/4" tall. Or if you have a frame up to 3" wide x 5-1/4" tall you would just need the CE Smith Extra-Long U-Bolt Kit for Boat Trailer Guide-Ons # CE11416.
