I have a Premier 22.5 tritoon. Will the pontoon style roller guides work with this boat? If not, is there a product that will?

Roller bunks like those shown on the linked page will work just as well on a 3-hull tritoon as on a pontoon boat.
If you intend to mount the rollers onto the flat surface of existing wooden/carpeted 2x4 bunk boards you will want to use a flat-bottom type roller like # DL21741, but we also have rollers like # DL21755 that have a channel that fits over the narrow side of a 2x4.
The flat-bottom type can also be directly mounted to bolster brackets like # CE10003G-4 as shown in the linked photo.
